To accelerate our growing business, we are looking for candidates as:
Area Manager CH
(Kalimantan Timur, Bali, Bandung)
Responsibilities:
- Create Sales Target for sub areas and set targets for sub ordinates
- Drive the Distributors/ Sub Distributors to execute every program & activities set by Merck
- Build close relationship with key customers/outlets/doctors/key opinion leaders
- Develop, manage, and motivate the Field Force team through guidance and training on and off the job
- Analyze each market/outlet, classify outlets according to criteria’s defined by Head Office
- Responsible in managing budget and achievement
- To be prepared to undertaken travel and special assignments whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Qualification:
- Male/Female
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any disciplines
- Having 1-2 years working experience as Area Manager in Pharmaceutical industry (OTC) or Supervisor in FMCG industry
- Proactive and Good Networking
Skills and Expertise
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Able to work with deadline
- Good team work and presentation skill
- Good communication and creating network
- Good negotiation skill
- Customer and target oriented
